The University of Baltimore, a member of the University System of Maryland, has been devoted to the education of adult, career-minded students since 1925. The average age of our nearly 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students is 32, and approximately 89 percent of UB students work either full- or part-time. A UB education is offered in many formats: evening, Saturdays, part- or full-time, and today in a fully webbed format.
UB's affordable education opportunities have been pursued by thousands of Baltimore's leaders in liberal arts, law, and business. Students take classes in-person, via the web, or at one of many off-campus sites including at Harford, Howard, and Baltimore County locations.
Program Information
UB's Merrick School of Business has developed the webMBA, a complete on-line MBA program offered in a structured, cohort-based format. Two courses are offered on a ten-week
schedule, four times a year. On this schedule, students are guaranteed completion of an AACSB-accredited degree in two years.
Selected graduate business courses are also offered online during a regular semester/summer schedule. Offerings vary from term to term. The UB flexWEB is open to all currently enrolled UB graduate business students, as well as to students from outside of the University of Baltimore who
would like to expand their business knowledge, test out their interest in graduate business studies, or add an online course to a program at another campus.
Additionally, the University has added a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration to its on-line offerings.
The Office of Continuing Studies and Professional Development will work with organizations and corporate partners to customize our business degrees for your employees.
